It didn't show the last two seasons, but the season we went to the Tournament, Grier deserves credit for putting together the strategies for the WCC Tournament run as well as the NCAA's.</p> <p>Grier's record over 3 seasons: 49-51, Holland's Record over 3 seasons: 49-51. There is a big difference though. Grier has scheduled very difficult games, therefore his record to me is a little better than Holland's. I think Grier has to, at the very least, get that record up to .500 next year in order to keep his job.</p> <p>I just want to make clear also, I am a die-hard fan ever since I started attending the University. Even if my 1st year was the NCAA Tourney run, I am going to stick with this team forever. I don't care if they play all freshman, I would still cheer for them. My only issue is I think Grier is really underachieving.
