   Game 1 kicks off tonight at 6PM @ SDSU. It looks like you can watch it online at the Aztecs' web site.

   Here's a series preview from Rivals...

   No. 18 San Diego vs. San Diego State -- So, San Diego State pitching coach Eric Valenzuela and his old team meet for the first time. Chances are, though, it won't be Valenzuela that goes home happy. The Toreros started the season with a 3-1 series win over Indiana before dropping a mid-week game to Cal State Northridge. SDSU, though, was swept at home by Oklahoma, but bounced back in the mid-week. USD will have too much pitching in this four-game set.

   The pick: San Diego wins three of four

   Griffin pitches a very nice game, but our veteran lineup lays another egg. Pathetic.

   Once again, we have....
   -A better staff
   -A better lineup
   -A better coach

   Yet, we are STILL losing to a mediocre Aztec squad. I don't get it.

   5-2 Final....made Addison Reed look like Strasburg.

   Maybe starting tomorrow our squad will FINALLY stop underachieving against SDSU.

   Midway through the 6th and we're up 2-0. Solis is pitching a very good game. We're still leaving a lot of guys on base, though.

    Blair pitched a pretty good game today, 6 IP, 3 ER, and 11 K's, but unfortunately Thompson and the defense blew it in the 7th. We lost 9-5.
