   Could be a big day. We have both basketball teams playing Santa Clara to advance to the next round of the WCC Tournament, and we also have USD's Sammy Solis facing off against Kentucky's Alex Meyer...a battle of two potential high 2010 draft picks. Hopefully both teams win so this big Torero day turns into a big Torero weekend.

   Kentucky puts up a 5 spot on Solis in the 3rd....currently trailing 5-0 in the 5th. What an unbelievably horrible start to this season. The bats look like absolute crap and our pitching staff appears vastly overrated.

   And....the 5th seeded women's team lost 58-57 to the previously 3-26 Santa Clara Broncos....wow.
